Fight Club PFRPG/3.5 Edition App Reviews

This app is really easy to use, and also very useful to track spells and make your own personal spellbook (you can do the personalised xml files by your own, but you can find some already made by users on various books). Personally i like it very much and i use it every d&d session! :) Really worth the money!

I am so glad that I paid the additional fee for the full unlock, because it is completely worth it. The app automatically calculates all of your skills based off of your characters equipment, stats, etc. and makes things so simple. I love the option to add notes and pictures to your character, to really make them feel alive instead of a them being a bunch of numbers. This is a fantastic app and I recommend it to every one already in, or wanting to get into, role playing.

This app is pretty great, it helps me out by just automating a lot of variable that are in the game. I wish there were special abilities in it, but there are ways around it. All in all its a pretty good app for Pathfinder, I would say probably the best on the App Store, but it could use some work and additions.

Quick and easy to use with a simple learning curve. The dice roller is pretty unforgiving (thirteen natural 1s in a row!).

I like some of the other ideas mentioned but they are mainly optional in our games for now.

This is one of the first apps Ive found that helps games but the pathfinder classes need updated to current half my group plays from the advanced class guide and it has none of the classes or from the advanced players guide.

Ive been having fun hashing out my DMPC stable here, but it would be great if this app could talk with the GM app.

Its a great alternative to carting around character sheets and dice. Fight Club allows for custom equipment/feats/spells/skills/classes/races. The app comes with a custom dice calculator for any misc rolls you need to do, however most rolls you will need are already precalculated for you! For Pathfinder players Fight Club uses the Core Rule Book to base its feat, equipment and spell lists (other books can be added easily by hand). Not all of Fight Clubs feats automatically modify your character (Two Weapon Fighting or Weapon Finesse for instance), but most of them are done for you or are easy to work around. The layout is easy and simple to use and it definitely clears up some of the clutter youd normally have on paper sheet. Quickly add a temporary condition and keep track of both your current HP and temporary. For casters, Fight Club allows you to compact your spells to only those prepared, track how many you have left, and gives you a full description of each spell with a simple tap! Want to create your own unique spell? Just add it in the edit section. You can share your full character with friends who have the app (or the GM app) or a short version via email. Link character as companions, decide which items are equipped, carried, or stored away elsewhere, and always remember to back up everything on the iCloud or Dropbox so you can redownload it on your other device (because starting from scratch isnt fun for anyone). All in all, its a great app and will serve you well. Definitely worth downloading.

This is a great app for Pathfinder and D&D 3.5 characters, but there seems to be a bug in the game that wont allow me to change the appraise stat to anything past 0 for any D&D character I make. Other than that, I dont really have any complaints. It is a good and flexible app useful for storing all of your stats, abilities, spells, items, and other things, and even lets you add your own items to use. I would recommend d this app to anyone that wants an easy way to keep track of characters.

I love this app so Im crossing my fingers it will be updated. It has a pretty glaring bug where whenever I try to make items for my pathfinder game and I try to add a modifier the app crashes and I find every custom item I made inside the 3.5 item base useless to me.

Only needs some advancment with the Complete series and such. Other than that this is perfect in about every way. Sometimes the fears dont work

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I often have reference source books when creating characters instead of the info being contained in the app. Otherwise this is the best character sheet app I have ever used

When attempting to build characters the application didnt understand that BAB becomes multiple numbers for multiple attacks and that is one of the most important stats that needs to be kept.

It might require some effort to cut and paste or screenshot and attach but if your using multiple sourcebooks it becomes a life saver.

Since I started playing, Ive been using this app for my characters, and its amazing! Its got all the srd material and its fully customizable.

Best thing ever

Well, the previous version was working fine, but after the update, every time I try to edit my characters, it crashes.

Edit. Update to fix iOS 8 crash will be coming soon.

When i select pathfinder it instantly crashes

The app is really great! Its probably the most user friendly of all the character sheet apps Ive tried, and the UI is without a doubt the best Ive seen. The only probably I have is that the moment a character gains multiple base attacks, the attack tracker becomes almost useless and you have to manually create new attack fields per bonus with custom formulas. Itd be wonderful if you could just have multiple BAB attached to a single attack!
